Youth are Signals of Change

Growing up with mobile technology and social media has created a fundamental difference in the way GenZs approach the world as compared to older generations. By working with our young, vastly diverse, global network, we provide qualitative data insights and uncover signals of change, new ideas, and different perspectives. 

Human-centric Design + Interactivity

Our research methods are informed by some of the best, evidence-based practices around the community participatory model, human-centric design, and applied research methods. In order to optimize engagement and extract insights from participants’ behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs, our process is iterative and bidirectional allowing for discovery and new ideas to authentically emerge. We incorporate feedback loops, interactivity, and a gamified research approach.

Instead of standard research tools, we create unique interactive forums for gathering insights and qualitative research. We utilize the most innovative and emerging digital tools in the market today to provide an immersive experience for the youth participants as they answer some of the most pertinent questions from our clients.

Visual, interactive digital space driven by story

Participants are invited into a professionally designed virtual collaboration space to share and discuss ideas surrounding a given topic. We embed storytelling, visuals and interactive engagement to drive more in-depth responses.

Multi-media responses

In order to tap into different types of thinkers and learners, we provide different ways of participating. Not only are there a variety of engagements such as collaborative video discussions, but also, our main digital workspace provides tool sets for responses that include text, photos, drawings, links, recordings, comments, and replies.

Diversity is embedded

Diversity is at the core of the work. We purposely bring diverse groups of youth together as diversity is the spark of innovation. It stimulates debate, conversation, ideation, knowledge exchange and creativity. 

Engagement in real time

Due to the global reach of our participants, we designed a study format that runs 24/7 for four days. This allows all of the participants to engage multiple times and provides flexibility for their other life commitments. Our forums also provide a way to observe synchronously how participants work, engage, and process ideas together in order to come to an answer to a question, and which methods they utilize to best illustrate their thoughts.
