The Challenge: Intl Experience Canada, a Canadian government program, is concerned that not enough Canadians have international experience. They cannot compete in the globally connected business landscape without these skills.

The Solution: Intl Connector designed and delivered a global exchange forum engaging business leaders and Millennials worldwide.  The virtual forum was conducted over 4 days and consisted of a Live stream discussion and virtual think tank involving people based in 30 countries.

The Results: The forum ignited interest in the value of international experience and its measurable business value for the workplace today. Business leaders reached through the event and report are reshaping their own practices. The insights gathered are the basis for designing a strategy to be taken to business leaders across key industry sectors in Canada to educate them on the importance of international experience when hiring.
