Her background has included working across various industries sectors including IT / ICT services, telecommunications, engineering, mining, health, education, financial, manufacturing and logistics. She has experience working in business during stages of start-up, growth, downsizing, outsourcing / right-shoring, administration / receivership and mergers and acquisition.

Helen Fairclough joined Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) as Director of People, Culture and Improvement in 2014. Helen’s role involves attracting and cultivating an innovative, engaged, high performing workforce. Claudine Ogilvie, Jetstar

Claudine Ogilvie is the group CIO for Jetstar Group of Airlines. She leads technology for Jetstar Australia, New Zealand, Jetstar Asia, Jetstar Japan, Jetstar Pacific. Claudine is also Non-Executive Director for Youi Insurance and a member of the Board Audit Committee. She was awarded Top CIO50 in Australia in 2016, is a 2015 graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), an alumni of the Australia-ASEAN Emerging Leaders Program 2013 Kuala Lumpur, and a 2012 Asialink Leaders Program alumni (Melbourne University).
