Zak is a values-based leader with a passion and commitment to unlocking people’s potential, attracting and retaining talent, and increasing the participation of women and young people in STEM related careers. With over 18 years’ experience in Aviation, she has a strong track record of delivering results in business transformation, optimization and cultural change.
