AWS wanted to engage diverse communities of women and showcase their internal female talent to further relationships with government offices. 

International Connector: 

  • Designed a new platform to promote diverse women talent in Technology

  • Set up partnerships with corporations, governments as speakers and sponsors

  • Engaged women in technological roles to participate in the interactive program

  • Created content for social media and PR

  • Conducted research to report on data

  • Women across Australia, San Francisco, New York and Washington DC engaged in the program

  • Speakers from 5 key government offices participated

  • Report on key challenges and opportunities was released

  • Content and publicity were generated
